TMC Announces New Dates for the 2022 ITEXPO #TECHSUPERSHOW Conference and Expo

Leading Communications & Technology Trade Show Remains an In-Person, Live Experience

Shelton, CT – January 7, 2022 – TMC and The CannaTech Group (formerly 420MSP) today announced that their CannaTech Expo, part of theITEXPO  #TECHSUPERSHOW, will now be held June 21-24, 2022 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Originally scheduled for February 8-11, 2022, ITEXPO remains a live, in-person event where communications and technology professionals interested in cannabis technology will gather to meet and conduct business. There will be a trade show floor, keynote speeches, networking events, conference sessions and workshops at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center.

.

“The health, safety and comfort of all ITEXPO and CannaTech Expo 2022 participants is the driving force behind our decision to delay the show until June,” said Rich Tehrani, ITEXPO Conference Chairman and TMC CEO. “The delay provides more time for the Omicron variant to be controlled. In addition, current travel disruptions and flight cancellations, staffing challenges across hospitality and other service industries, and business travel restrictions in place at some companies should all be minimized in June,” Tehrani continued.

“Of course moving out several months is a wise decision. Attendees and sponsor in the cannabis technology field will also benefit from hearing the latest information and research findings in the fast-moving CannaTech vertical. My and the presenters will be updating all of our presentations,” stated Harry Brelsford, founder of The CannaTech Group.

By moving ITEXPO 2022 and CannaTech Expo to these new dates, TMC Show Management is confident that the ITEXPO Experience will exceed all expectations. More companies – including speakers, attendees/buyers, and vendors – will be now able to participate.

The expo floor plan remains exactly the same. The conference programming agenda will evolve, but remain focused on the same important topics as were planned for February. Call for Papers submissions  will be accepted for speakers looking to join existing panels and sessions.

You can register for ITEXPO and all collocated events now.

Participants who have already signed up to attend will see their registrations automatically transferred to the June show. Confirmed exhibitors also retain their same location on the expo floor. Only the dates have changed.

ITEXPO was launched in 1999 and has been taking place in South Florida since 2001. The conference and expo have taken place every year, without interruption – even in the unprecedented times of the pandemic. The ITEXPO #TECHSUPERSHOW is and will always remain an in-person, live experience. TMC recognizes that live events are so important to all ITEXPO participants. So, save the date and start planning now to join your colleagues in Fort Lauderdale – just a little later in 2022 than expected – June 21-24.

PC Matic Signs on as a Gold Sponsor for CannaTech Expo 2022, part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW

Shelton, CT –  October 11, 2021 – TMC and The CannaTech Group today announced PC Matic has signed on as a Gold Sponsor of CannaTech Expo, being held June 21-24, 2022 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Don’t miss the world’s first CannaTech Expo that covers the entire cannabis technology spectrum, from IT infrastructure to technologies supporting growing, processing, manufacturing, and retail/dispensaries. Simply stated, this industry is moving too fast, making this a must attend event. Consider this the most important show of the year in one of the fastest growing economic sectors in the world.

“We are ecstatic to welcome PC Matic as a Gold Sponsor of CannaTech Expo,” noted Rich Tehrani CEO and Conference Chairman for TMC. “PC Matic’s mission is to create software that protects devices and their information from malware used by the cyber-mafia to infiltrate and monetize worldwide. Their goal for their software is zero customer infections and breaches.”

“It’s progressive firms like PC Matic that are investing forward in the emerging cannabis technology (CannaTech) vertical to drive growth and mindshare.” Shared Harry Brelsford, Principal Analyst at The CannaTech Group.

PC Matic was founded in 1999 by Rob Cheng and Dave Methvin with the sole purpose of creating a better way to diagnose common computer problems. Prior to creating PC Matic, Rob Cheng was a Senior Vice President at Gateway Computers responsible for Gateway’s Consumer business worldwide including profit and loss responsibility. Rob noticed that the technical support cost was growing faster than revenue, and there had to be a way to automate the process of diagnosing and repairing a computer.
